Order Process
What is the order process?
It is easy and clear as there are steps for you to follow. The process is usually like below:
1. Standard ID product
- Select product you want
- select qty needed
- Check out & Pay
- Customer Service receives order & reply delivery schedule
- Stock take out/ Production start
- Product received
2.Under custom-made product
- Select product you like to print on
- Send “Call us for quote” with products specification (what colors, logo, material etc) & quantity
- Salesperson follow up by emails / call > confirm order with quotation
- Issue sales order & payment > (sample) > Devliery
3.Price/Qty beyond pricelist, ask for reseller price

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Ship?
Custom Products
Order lead times vary by lanyard styles and quantity. The lead time indicated for the lanyard material and imprinting style within the custom lanyard reflects the number of required production days.
It does not include the artwork approval process and shipping transit time which are dependent on factors beyond our control.
Non-Stock Standard Products
Order lead time vary by factory production schedule. Please check with customer service for delivery lead time schedule.
Fast Ship Delivery Products of PeopleID
Fast Ship delivery are stock product or small packaging product in our Xiamen factory. After received order confirmation, we will arrange shipment by next working day.
What Are My Shipping Options?
We have different shipping options for customer from different regions. Right now, we provide limited shipping service to certain area by SF or DHL.

We accept credit card payment via online orders.
Price/Delivery Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing, price and delivery terms are Ex-work (site of shipment), and such prices do not include sales, use or other taxes or any export package cost, transportation, freight handling charges, export/import license fee, customs duties and the like, all of which shall be paid by Purchaser. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, delivery dates are estimates only, and PDC shall not be liable for any damages, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the failure to deliver the goods by a particular date.
Production Guidelines
What printing method available on PeopleID lanyards?
Silkscreen – transferring ink onto a fabric surface through the designs outlined in a fine mesh screen.
Dye-sublimation - transferring ink onto a fabric surface using special heat-sensitive transfer paper and equipment.
Woven-in - integrating the design into the fabric as the lanyard is being weaved.
What Are The Standard Width of Lanyard?
The following are the available widths : 3/8” (10mm), 5/8” (16mm), 3/4” (19mm), 1” (25mm).
What Is Meant By Minimum Order Quantity , MOQ?
The minimum order quantity ,MOQ, is the smallest quantity available by style. We offer as few as 100 pieces on selected styles. However all lanyard styles are available starting with a minimum order quantity of 1,000 pieces.
What printing method available On PDC Wristband?
Full Color artwork on SureImage. Submit digital artowrk in CMYK format at a minimun resolution of 300-600dpi. File format in EPS/ AI /PSD files. Actual SureImage wristband print colors may vary from the onscreen artwork proof.
Spot color Custom artwork on Tyvek, Superband, Vinyl, Holographic and Silicone wristbands. Artwork needs to be line art. Preferred file formats : EPS, AI, TIFF, JPG.
What If I Don’t See An Option I Want?
We stock hundreds of attachments and have numerous alternative solutions. Call or email us and we’ll gladly help or recommend the right solution to fit your need. Send us an inquiry or contact our Customer Service Department.
Order Changes, Cancellations and Returns
What Happens If I Need To Cancel My Order?
All products DO NOT accept cancellation of order ; Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible should a change occur.
Stocked Product may be cancelled subject to a 30% restocking fee and, custom tax charges, all shipping and return freight costs.
What’s Your Policy On Merchandise Returns?
We do our best to ensure that what you order is what you receive. Custom printed product and non stock product is not returnable unless there is a manufacturing error so we encourage you to carefully review artwork proofs before accepting responsibility. In the event of defect claims, we require inspection of defective product samples prior to determining issuance of credit or refund.
Only Stock inventory products can be returned within 30 days of goods delivery. (Oversea customer sea freight delivery may consider 60 days) for refund or exchange. If the return is a result of customer error, restocking fee may apply. All Freight involved prepaid by the customer. All bank fee involved will charges customer for restocking.
All returns must be authorized. Please call our Customer Service Department to obtain a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number and return shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number may be lost or not properly received by us and therefore may not be credited to your account.
Merchandise must be returned in full boxes, original packaging and in good condition.
How About Shortage/ Error?
We reserve the right to ship and invoice +/- 5% of the requested quantity. We are able to make special provisions if you need an exact quantity. Please call for details since an additional charge may apply.

To protect credit card numbers, we outsource this information to a certified payment processor via a hosted payment page on our website in accordance with PCI DSS regulations. The provider returns the credit card number to us as a token. We do not see, process or store customers’ raw credit card information in any of our systems or databases. We are PCI compliant and attest to such via an annual SAQ-D and quarterly vulnerability scans performed by and attested to by an outside agency.

All processing of personal information is based on a commercial, contractual basis to supply goods and services to the business community.
